Domaining.com “For Sale” on Twitter!

French domain investor and entrepreneur, Francois Carrillo, created the most important news aggregator portal in the domain industry: Domaining.com.

The domain was registered in 1997 and around 2006 it was acquired by Francois from its previous registrant. On or around November 3, 2007, Domaining.com began to list domain-centric blogs that existed at the time. Here’s an Archive.org grab from that important date!

Since then, the news agreggator of Domaining.com has been enriched with dozens of blogs about domain names and domain investing; DomainGang became a listed resource upon its launch in September 2009.

Francois has been a great supporter of the domain industry and a pioneering publisher of news and other projects. He owns and operates numerous great domain names under the Cybertonic brand that never see the light of the day, at Francois’s request for privacy reasons.

It seems that Domaining.com might be up for sale, however, as the Twitter account @domainingcom displays this in recent days:

Is Domaining.com for sale?

It would really be a shock if Domaining.com changed hands but if it did, we are certain that Francois won’t be resting on his laurels, moving on to another great project! 🙂 👍
