Some cultures and religions believe that Saturday is the day of rest, others dictate Fridays should be observed as such; Sundays are also an option.

Yes I do… 200miles bike ride, 6miles hike along the beach, a swim in the Pacific ocean, poker game with homegrown puffs , taking care of my largest jade plant in the world and….bar b que the halibut fish.
