The lovely country of Montenegro is capitalizing on its ccTLD in a way that no other national TLD has seen before.
But what matters is adoption of it by domain investors.

I have several .ME names, and most are investments except for my first name, and a few local geos. I would have loved to have picked up more verbs in this extension in 2009 when people were letting them go on forums left and right. I love .ME but feel that the keywords that pair well with the extension are more limited than .TV.
Nadia – Well said, a verb+me might carry potential. But please tell me, what on earth is kiss.me all about?

I have just a few.
I recently sold writer.me for $XXXX, but I do think that kind of sale is not typical in the .me space, especially with a non-verb keyword.
Still, it’s a nice keyword, and I hope the buyer does well with it.

I have a few .me domains, less than a dozen. I think with the right keyword(s) the extension can work really well.
I’ve had some offers on a few but never sold any. I haven’t developed businesses on any .me domains, but I may do so in the future for a couple, for these I also own the matching .com domains – I personally wouldn’t build a brand on a .me domain without owning the matching .com.
I haven’t purchased anything but .com and cctld for quite some time now, and I’m not likely to buy any more .me domains unless it’s for brand protection.
