RomneyRyan.com – The great GOP fallout

Ah, gotta love the big political dreamers behind the RomneyRyan.com attempted sale.

First, came the fake appearance of the web site, framing in content from MittRomney.com to make it look legit.

Then came the listing of the domain on Sedo with an asking price of $250,000 – then Sedo banned all sales of “Romney” domains at its marketplace.

Lastly, the domain was sent to Flippa, where it didn’t sell for $8,000.

And now, the domain is just parked at GoDaddy. Crickets galore!

Not only is this an indication of the fallacy of its seller, but it’s an omen about the drop of popularity for the Republican candidate, Mitt Romney, and his sidekick, Paul Ryan.

Political domains that match their candidates names are not only unprofitable and impossible to sell, but they also can lead to litigation.

With Obama’s popularity taking off away from that of Romney’s, now it’s the time to guesstimate the name of the next political candidate of the GOP, for 2016.
