Globally, the Dallas Cowboys are known for their huge fan base, that exceeds 5 million on Facebook.
In the domain community, they are notorious for the epic fail to acquire the domain name, Cowboys.com, at the then auctioned price of $275,000.
Eventually, a group of domain investors paid a little more and scooped up the domain; it’s now a portal with ‘gay cowboy’ personal ads.
But don’t think for a second that Jerry Jones and the Cowboys franchise has no money.
They just spent between $1.5 and $2.5 million dollars on a damn bus, dubbed “The Elegant Lady“, complete with the iconic blue logo of the team on the outside.
The bus includes three private rooms, a full kitchen, and nine large screen TVs. We’re sure it has a bathroom as well.
Meanwhile, BuyDomains is selling TheElegantLady.com for $1,488 but we’re not holding our breath that Jerry Jones will spend a dime on it.
