DropSystem.co.uk, a service of Hubbard Media, announced that it’s ending the availability of its public domain catching services, effective February 1st, 2014.
Citing changes in the British domain market, along with the introduction of .uk domain names, DropSystem will sustain a strategic change of focus and will utilize its resources strictly for private use.
DropSystem.co.uk is operated by Dale and Simon Hubbard, who have decades of hands-on experience in the field of domain data research, collectively.
Cessation of Public DropcatchingDear client
This is to notify you that Hubbard Media and DropSystem.co.uk will cease public domain dropcatching at midnight on 31st January 2014.
Backorders on credit accounts booked with drop dates on and after 1st February 2014 will be cancelled, with the exception of any prepaid PayPal backorders, or backorders placed using previously purchased credits.
We pride ourselves in having caught tens of thousands of booked domains during our six-year tenure, but are now changing our business model to reflect forthcoming changes in the .uk marketplace. Just for the avoidance of doubt, we will be focusing on using our resources for our own benefit.
DAC hosting will not be affected. DCE (dce.co.uk) will remain as-is.
Please just hit ‘reply’ if you have any questions.
We thank you sincerely for your business over the years.
Best regards
Dale & Simon Hubbard
Having known Dale as a professional domain investor and entrepreneur for a full decade, we wish him and his brother, Simon, lots of success in their future endeavors.
