This is an update on the recent report of four LLLL .com domain names that were stolen from their legitimate owner.
According to the owner, who reached out to us, two of the domains have already been sold to new owners, via the Chinese domain auction platform and registrar,Ename.com.
The stolen domains under new ownership are:
The other two stolen domains are currently on an auction ending on the 20th of November, presumably by the same Chinese cybercriminal who stole them.
The auctions have been archived for proof: BMRD.com and RDBY.com.

It is not known at this time what Ename is planning to do with the seller(s) of these stolen domain names.
GoDaddy is continuing to pressure for the return of all 4 stolen domains.
Update: It appears that the two auctions referenced above have now been terminated. The domains remain stolen.
Once a domain is reported stolen, it should be a criminal offence to re-sell it until the matter is officially sorted out. No doubt eName had knowledge of the theft and chose to ignore the rights of the victim, they really need to be dealt with by Icann.
