After losing the UDRP against ReaganBaby.com to The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute, conservative talk show host, Megan Barth, moved to a new domain name.
In a tweet, Ms. Barth stated that her domain was “hijacked” and that she is to be found at ReaganBabe.com.
By all means, ReaganBaby.com was not hijacked; it was handed over to the keepers of the REAGAN mark using the UDRP process.
ReaganBabe.com was registered at the end of February, and in our opinion it is a worse choice of a domain, simply because it incorporates – as before – the “Reagan” trademark, without making use of the alternate meaning that “Reagan Baby” possesses: Reference to people who were born in the years of the Ronald Reagan administration.
In other words, it’s to be expected that the new domain will be challenged, once again, using the same UDRP process as before, by The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute, at some point in the future.

Where is the 1st Amendment protection?
She was not making business out of Reagan name/legacy.
Her agenda was centered on political issues – free speech!
Agenda – It’s not as simple as that. But she did not defend the first domain in the UDRP process (no response.)
