Too bad there is nothing on the list that I like. I’m not purchasing one of these 4 letter acronyms unless the letters represent something meaningful to one of my businesses. Too many random nonsense UDRPs on them when there is no clear association with genuine use, and even with it, still too many UDRPs on them.
John – I don’t think your comment makes sense. If these letters are “random” then who files the UDRP? Surely the letters match existing – and generic – use potential. Not even a domain like – for example – IBMs.com seems affected, but then again, buyer needs to perform due diligence prior to bidding on any domain name, not just LLLL .coms. Do you have any UDRP data to share?
