The .ai namespace is getting smaller, after Chinese domain investors raided all remaining LLLL .ai domains.
Beginning Friday evening, more than 450,000 LLLL .ai domain names were registered, spanning the so called “Chinese letters” groups and extending to the full namespace. There are zero LLLL .ai domains left today.
“This is a clear indication of how valuable short .ai domains have become in recent days and this will continue for decades, if not centuries!” said AI enthusiast, Andy Booth.
“As my bro said, if only you had the vision to register LLLL .ai domains on Thursday, today you’d be sitting on a pile of cash. I am delighted to have contributed to the research performed by a team of Hong Kong based investors, Jack Go Lee, Xi Pong Sang, and others. Guys, keep on rocking the .ai namespace!” exclaimed James Booth, brother of Andy Booth.
The aforementioned team of Chinese investors used cutting edge AI software to estimate all the possible uses of all LLLL .ai permutations; with millions of data records they are now ready to flip these .ai domains at ridiculous prices.
