Telepathy, the ultra premium domain portfolio holding company founded by investor Nat Cohen, has scored yet another sale.
As far as we can tell from recent changes, the domain OutdoorDirect.com has been sold to Outdoor Direct, a company in Greenville, South Carolina.
Registered in 2000, the domain has been under the control of Telepathy.com for 24 years!
What’s interesting in this case is that WHOIS information shows Metaregistrar BV as the registrar, indicating that the domain was sold via the lease to own (LTO) option at Dan.com.
Outdoor Direct upgraded their domain from the previous GoOutdoorDirect.com that was registered in 2022.
It’s not clear how much the domain OutdoorDirect.com sold for; a capture from 2018 shows that at the time it was listed for sale by Telepathy.com for the sum of $3,495 dollars.
