Last year, the UDRP against the domain OpenTime.com ended with the Respondent losing the case.
Domain investor, George Kirikos, located the outcome of the lawsuit filed by the domain’s owner. The decision was rendered in July of this year, and the UDRP decision was reversed.
The court’s decision can be seen below in an attached PDF.
As a side note, Kirikos raised some issues related to the UDRP case:
[the UDRP] was decided by TM lawyer Georges Nahitchevansky, who is very active in the RPM PDP deciding the future of the URS/UDRP.
WIPO retaliated against my company, after I voted against Brian Beckham of WIPO as co-chair of that PDP, taking down the court case regarding the Pupa.com dispute that my company won, see the thread at:

WIPO’s unlikely to ever post the court outcome of the OpenTime.com dispute, either. They unilaterally changed their inclusion criteria to *exclude* settled cases, after I pointed out on the mailing list of the RPM PDP how they weren’t properly updating the list of decisions.
