A company called Artemis Energy Holdings has entered into an agreement to buy the domain name, FindIt.com from its owners.
The agreement utilizes Escrow.com to make monthly payments until January 2015.
Artemis Energy develops monetized products and press distribution solutions and is looking to increase membership through artists, celebrities, athletes, and brands in an effort to attract their customers and fan base.
The company has been working on acquiring FindIt.com for the past 7 years; while the exact price was not released, we have information that it was at least $150,000 based on the seller’s expectations to private inquiries.

Hmm. 7 years?? We had been in direct negotiations a few years back with the previous owner and it never seemed like there was any other interested party involved. Hope they got more than the $80K cash we had offered. 🙂
Tony – Indeed, $80k in cash sounds like a generous offer. Wondering how much they had to fork out, in payment totals.
Curious to know also. Anyways, we ended up going with FinditLocal.com at a bargain of a price. 🙂
Tony – Great alternative 😀 Shows you there are always options when there’s no agreement on the price.
