BrettKavanaugh.com : #Domain is now a portal for sexual assault survivors

The domain BrettKavanaugh.com has become a portal for the survivors of sexual assault.

Fix the Court, a nonpartisan group that advocates for the accountability and transparency at the Supreme Court, is redirecting traffic from the domain to several resources created to fight sexual assault, and other forms of abuse.

According to The Hill, “the purchase of BrettKavanaugh.com, as well as the .net and .org equivalents, was meant as a show of support for survivors of sexual assault including Christine Blasey Ford, a university professor who came forward with allegations against Kavanaugh, and Anita Hill, who testified against the nomination of Justice Clarence Thomas in 1991.”

The group’s leader, Gabe Roth, said:

“I am redirecting those three to a landing page with resources for victims of sexual assault. I believe Dr. Ford. I believe Prof. Hill. I also believe that asking for forgiveness is a sign of maturity and strength, not weakness.”

According to historic WHOIS data provided by DomainTools, the 2015 registrations of BrettKabanaugh.com, BrettKavanaugh.net and BrettKavanaugh.org were made on the same date.

A recent registration of BrettKavanaugh.Beer was made in parody of the allegations of heavy drinking, which Brett Kavanaugh denies.
