September 2nd marks the beginning of a new era for the .ky ccTLD, aspiring to become a magnet to businesses already local, or those aspiring to become part of the Cayman Islands’ folklore.
The dot .ky ccTLD is now available the world over, thanks to back-end support provided by Uniregistry, Frank Schilling’s company that was founded in the Cayman Islands.
The registration and annual cost for .KY domains is $39.88 via Uniregistry.
Don’t hope to get most .ky domain hacks, such as kin.ky or kentuc.ky, however; they are all reserved, or registered. 🙁
