China’s massive economy and sheer size generates billions of dollars in counterfeit products annually.
Alibaba founder, Jack Ma, recently asserted that the same factories creating fake products, such as fashion items, create the licensed ones; the former are often of better quality, said Ma.
China does crack down on counterfeit, sub-standard or otherwise seized products, as one can tell from a series of propaganda photos.
Apparently, if you own an Internet cafe without a license in China, your PCs will end up in a landfill.
Domain investors in China have been making good use of the summer, trading domain names at a healthy pace. We keep track of domains that are 2-4 characters in length, in the .CN, .COM and .NET TLDs.
Today’s list contains a handful of “Chips” sold by legendary domain investor, Elequa:
cblp.com
cgrq.com
clpy.com
cmlh.com
bynz.com
66277.com
Yes, there is a numeric (5N) domain on this list. 😉
In other transactions, the following domains changed hands:
373.com
925.net
6172.com
bndz.com
bwrr.com
dgpl.com
fgyn.com
