That’s true that the Chinese have active presence into this business. What I wonder is that they reply in Chinese even when we initiate in English. May be trying to show their dominance.

The Chinese are only into numbers and some Chinese names, they are not in much of the business of real domains. I said not much, but sure they are. And for that purpose we need not to fear their population.
