Rick Schwartz’s ASS.com domain is under contract to sell for an astounding $6 million dollars, according to the Domain King’s announcement.
What’s interesting to note is that a piece of ASS.com is royalties—a percentage of sales or other type of performance, paid for a preset amount of time or perpetually.
As Rick Schwartz hinted that the use of ASS.com is not what most people would think of (pornography) we are intrigued by the future business model built on ASS.com. 😀
Ten years ago, Rick Schwartz used ASS.com to vent off; we doubt that will be the case here.
And that’s not all. Two years ago, the Domain King revealed how much he paid to acquire ASS.com, along with several other adult domain names.
Twelve thousand five hundred dollars.
