Despite the blockage of Facebook by the populous Chinese nation, Facebook’s position is remarkable.
More than 950 million people use Facebook globally every month, an increase of 29% compared to a year ago.
Facebook announced that 543 million of its visitors accessed the service via a mobile device, an increase of 67%.
The top 10 most visited web sites in the world, according to Alexa, are:

- Baidu
- Wikipedia
- Windows Live
- QQ.com
- Amazon
In the US, Google is still at the top position, with Facebook in second place.
