A Flippa auction for the domain Lnvestor.org ends soon – and it’s shocking to see that this pseudo-typo got as many as 7 bids for $250 dollars.
Perhaps because the listing subject “Premium Financial One Word Domain Name” attempts to present this junk domain in a positive light; the Flippa listing includes this ridiculous reference to Investing.com that was sold for $2.4 million dollars:
Traffic, premium domain, and brandable. Investing.com sold for $2.4 million dollars. You are bidding on the domain Lnvestor.org.
Obviously, if you aren’t that diligent you might believe this is actually an auction for investor.org.
Flippa must disallow such auctions and display domain names in both lower case and upper case.
For the most part I agree. First of all, what value an investors sees in a domain like that is beyond me especially for more than the reg fee. I think the font should definitely be changed. However, at the end of the day, if the sale went through, some one was willing to pay.
A similar listing was for Fuei.org ….https://flippa.com/3027547-premium-domain-huge-opportunity-great-potential-fuei-com
Didn’t notice until I pasted the url, it say “fuei-com”. there’s some more trickery for you lol.
