Its Vietnamese programmer, became overwhelmed over the notoriety the game acquired; while there are rumors that he allegedly made thousands of dollars per day from advertising, these earnings will most likely be forfeited after the Flappy Bird app creator was found to have used bots to increase traffic to the app.

On top of that, the similarities of ‘Flappy Bird’ with a French game called ‘Piou Piou‘ are quite obvious; the 2011 French game clearly beats Flappy Bird in terms of playability and fun.
