KSuite.com: Investor’s domain hit with UDRP but he’s fighting back

The domain name KSuite.com is currently involved in a UDRP filed by Infomaniak Network SA.

Registered in 2004, KSuite.com is owned and operated by domain investor and entrepreneur, Chad Folkening. The domain is developed as a multi-purpose platform.

The Complainant launched its kSuite product on October 18, 2022 as a comprehensive cloud-based productivity and collaboration suite and a Swiss-made alternative to platforms like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Mr. Folkening shared news of the domain’s involvement in the UDRP, noting that they will aggressively pursue a finding of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking:

“Domain Ownership Matters. We are aware of a serious and concerning attempt by Infomaniak Network SA and its representatives, including Thomas Jacobsen, and Mr. Oehler, to unjustly claim ownership of Ksuite.com, a premium domain we rightfully own and operate for over 20 years.

Let us be clear:

Any attempt to misappropriate or reverse hijack this asset will be met with full legal and reputational consequences. We are prepared to take action through appropriate U.S. legal channels and have activated both legal and media teams to ensure transparency and accountability for your theft attempt.

This is not just about a domain — it’s about integrity, ownership rights, and ethical conduct in digital business. If Infomaniak proceeds down this path, they should be prepared for public scrutiny and legal exposure at every level, including how your look to your over 200 employees.
