Two months ago, we were concerned about the effect that complaints against Moniker might have to its BBB ranking.
The Better Business Bureau accepts complaints from consumers, that must be presented eponymously and with supporting evidence.
Subsequently, the BBB acts as a mediator, contacting the company in question and seeking their resolution of the complaints.
Since Moniker launched its updated domain management system in June, a total of three complaints were filed by consumers at the BBB.
In particular, the following complaints were filed:
- Billing / Collection Issues on 7/16/2014
- Problems with Product on 7/22/2014
- Billing / Collection Issues on 8/12/2014
All three complaints were successfully resolved by Moniker; in one of these cases the consumer confirmed the matter was resolved to their satisfaction, while in the other two the Better Business Bureau confirmed that Moniker resolved the issues, without any further feedback from the consumers.
It’s definitely great seeing Moniker improving its rating with the BBB from “A” to “A+“.
You can view the complaints and their resolutions here.
My issues were resolved. I’ll keep most of my domains at Moniker. Moniker is said to be working on its market, to integrate ability to list in the major markets.
