Serial scammer Starlita Similien is back in jail, after enjoying her two days of freedom.
The judgement came August 27th for the “Andrea J. DeLuca” alias that she’s been using, and despite being accused of three felonies, Starlita Similien was released on probation, having pleaded “nolo contendere” on the following conditions:
- Probation set to 48 months – four years.
- No contact with the victims.
- Payback the $1,000 she received posing as an attorney.
- Pay court costs.
- One hundred hours of community service with a minimum of 8 hours per month.
- Pay the cost of her supervision at $20 per month.
- Early ending of the terms if all conditions are met with no violations for the first 24 months.
As soon as Starlita Similien aka Andrea J. DeLuca was released from prison, she used the Internet to perform these tasks:
- Googled “Andrea J. DeLuca Panama FL” and ended up on our report.
- Changed the web hosting for irebuildcredit.com from the suspended account to another host, clearly indicating she would be continuing along the same path.
- Informed her victims on facebook.com/rebuildingyourcredit to contact her, because she would be making amends supposedly, thus breaking her probation terms.
Thus, on August 29th, she was re-arrested on violation of her probation terms.
Her first hearing was set for October 24th, 2012 at 9:00am – until then, Starlita Similien aka “Andrea J. DeLuca” will be spending her time in the Bay County Jail, because no bond was allowed.
Hopefully, the judge will consider all her prior convictions and will put her behind bars for the full term of her conviction, four years.
