The auction of Otro.com, a domain that expired and dropped despite having had a rich history, did not complete at DropCatch.
Despite exceeding $26,000 dollars at close (or close to closing,) the auction was apparently cancelled due to some suspicious activity. This is not a case whereupon the auction’s winner failed to pay; in that case, DropCatch would re-list the domain after a week of not receiving payment.
According to a reader’s comment, Media Options was also participating in the auction that has since been restarted. The high bid stands at $5,200 dollars currently, with a little over two days left to go.
Hopefully, this time around the domain Otro.com will be won by the highest bidder in a proper fashion.
Update: The follow-up auction closed at $15,938 dollars.
so they’re having an other auction?
Any ideas how DropCatch can get good expired premium domains whereas I or anyone else can’t?
