Rick Schwartz broke his dedication to Twitter on Saturday, heading over to NamePros for some spunky domain commentary.
The Domain King, who until this weekend had made just one post since 2007, left several comments in a thread related to gTLD domain names.
A week short of a comment-less decade as a NamePros member, Rick’s 2nd comment ever was:
“Kool.Aid
Keep.Drinking
LOL LOL”
The NamePros discussion thread in question, was about gTLD domains that actually look better than a matching.com.
Obviously, the concept of keyword+gTLD is emphasized here, and Rick’s contribution sent the NamePros thread expanding to more than 8 pages, and 23 comments of his own at the time of writing this article.
Rick seems to be having fun, and perhaps he’ll be going back to blogging full time soon. 😉

I think that the fact that Rick is not posting his tweets on his website or using a blog actually somewhat undermines the value of domains…
Ie… if the standard argument against using FB etc… is that its important to have your own platform and not be dependent on someone else platform.. then by using twitter he is somewhat undermining the need and value of domains.
If its so good and important then why use Twitter….?It should be used as an addition but not as the sole platform.
Smells like the .commies are getting desperate, what with .commie king tweeting and foruming and trying to flog off his worthless pigeon shit .com portfolio for some ridiculous amount (see the list it’s a load of crap) and snoopy spamming every blog with bullshit .comments
Rick doesn’t say much, but when he does you better listen. 🙂
Yo does make a good point
Rick made 2 more post #51 / #54 after I read them I felt like dumping the few new gTLD’s that I have.
Rick S. Here’s him ‘joking’ about registering a TRADEMARK Domain! HE is misleading NOOB domainers. NOT FUNNY IMO. Better not register that kind of CRAP, of course! SHAME! #FAKE = YOUR HEROS = you 0.
