Kate Middleton has produced a great-grandchild for Queen Elizabeth II; the third in line to the British throne is a boy.
The name has been announced as Prince Philip Alexander Windsor, a name that was chosen to honor Royal Consort Philip and Alexander the Great – the Greek conqueror.
“We could not have been happier, it’s a great day for Britannia!” exclaimed HRH the Queen from Buckingham Palace.
“Such splendor on a fine summer day, I am dutifully delighted with overwhelming joy,” added Queen Elizabeth II, as she waved to the thousands of spectators gathered outside the gates of the palace.
Meanwhile, the choice of a name must have disappointed many who registered domain names such as GeorgePhilip.com and VictoriaEliza.com and put them for sale on eBay.
The domain name, PhilipAlexander.org is still available to register, as of this very minute, according to DomainTools, while other TLDs are already taken.
Congratulations to the Royal couple for a beautiful baby boy and future king of all British subjects!
And now PhilipAlexander.org has been registered as well. Rule, Britannia! 😀
