Topaz.com UDRP: John Berryhill won case while cycling for a good cause!

IP attorney, John Berryhill, participated in the Pan-Mass Challenge cycling event along with domain investor Elliot Silver. The dynamic domain industry duo helped raise more than $27,000 in donations.

The Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC) is a fundraising bike-a-thon started in 1980 by Billy Starr to benefit the Dana–Farber Cancer Institute via the Jimmy Fund. It raises more money than any other single athletic fundraiser in the country.

While shedding sweat and getting their legs blown off by the effort, positive karma arrived.

Elliot sold some domains, all while John won the Topaz.com UDRP with a finding of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking.

Moral of the story: Cycling for a great cause works wonders because the universe listens. 👍
