As an Account Representative for Uniregistry’s registry services division, you will help us manage and grow our retail sales channel.
The ideal candidate is well spoken, has a college education or related experience, and is naturally inclined on a Mac and on the Web. Proficiency with MS Excel and Word are a must and fluency in a second language is highly preferred. Candidates should have an innate ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) and to keep business partners happy, motivated, and well informed.
Role:
- Regularly communicate and grow/maintain relationships with our current clients
- Assist in developing programs to increase sales
- Conduct outreach to expand our sales channel into new markets
- Track ongoing client discussions and sales activities via a CRM
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create initiatives for the sales channel
- Maintain company billing contracts, order supplies, as well as other administrative duties
Desired skills and experience:
- Previous work experience managing many accounts and/or entire book of business
- Experience growing and maintaining revenues from such book or accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and understand technical concepts
- Must be zealous and resourceful with spirited initiative
- Well-mannered, well-spoken, professional, ethical, and honest
- Fluency in a second language is strongly preferred, especially Mandarin
- College degree preferred
- Experience utilizing CRM systems a plus
