Web.com has filed its 8-K statement with the SEC; the company projects a sizable increase in cashflow for 2017.
According to the statement, Web.com makes the following forward-looking statements and projections for the new year:
- GAAP revenue target range of $740-$755 million – Up from $707-$710 million in 2016
- Non-GAAP revenue target range of $745-$760 million – Down from $766-$769 million in 2016
- Cash provided by operating activities range of $160-$167 million – Up from $123 million in 2016
- Free cash flow range of $133-$140 million – Up from $100 million in 2016
- Adjusted EBITDA range of $187-$192 million – Up from $177 million in 2016
The free cash flow projection for 2017 represents a 40% increase from last year.
Web.com owns the domain registrars Network Solutions and Register.com, along with a partnership stake in NameJet.
On December 12th, Web.com announced the acquisition of Donweb.com, a leading Latin American technology company founded in Argentina, that provides web hosting, cloud servers, dedicated servers, email marketing and domains services to small and medium-sized businesses.
