#Wendy’s “Feast of Legends” gets matching #domain!

Wendy‘s appeal is increasing among its younger fans, and this time around is not due to a bigger, juicier burger.

The company is rolling out a new role-playing game (RPG) called Feast of Legends, and its concept is brilliant.

So what is the Feast of Legends and how is it meant to propel Wendy’s ahead of its fast food arch-nemesis, McDonalds?

The consumer market of fast food is on a quest for fresh beef, not the frozen patties of the past. Wendy’s is taking that marketing angle with a game that mimics its strategy, while tapping on the “League Of Legends” global appeal.

Feast Of Legends

Wendy’s registered the domain name FeastOfLegends.com and describes its mission as follows:

“The nation of Freshtovia has been the lone beacon of hope in the land of Beef’s Keep for decades. However, the Ice Jester and his rogues gallery of frozen fiends threaten Queen Wendy’s reign of prosperity. Prepare your heroes for adventure. “

For the RPG newcomers to the genre, this is what it’s all about:

“Feast of Legends is what is known as a tabletop role playing game. Using the book you can create a character and choose every aspect of who they are. The players will interact with the story that one person, your Game Master, leads you through. This is a game where you become the character you create and act out the adventure. Get your friends together, and that one guy from work that always explains the intimate details of every graphic novel he reads, and dive in to the game!”
