WIPO director : “Abandon hope all ye who enter here”

WIPO director, Stan Domainowski, did not mince his words in a recent meeting of the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.

“I want to make it clear to domainers who end up receiving UDRP notices for domain names: Abandon hope, all ye who enter here.”

When asked to clarify this extraordinary statement, Mr. Domainowski paused, then stared at the very center of the packed conference room. After adjusting his thick glasses, the 32 year old African-American director clarified his statement thus:

“It’s simple, really, if you get a UDRP you’ve already lost the domain. Have you seen the stats? 99.999% of all UDRP cases are decided for the Complainant. The remaining 0.001% is actually a clerical error.”

Indeed, the odds of winning a UDRP are minuscule to none, these days, unless one uses a qualified IP attorney, such as ESQwire, to deflect any malicious attempts by rogue Complainants.

What Mr. Domainowski referred to as “clerical error” represents cases won by ESQwire, a competent, domainer-friendly law-firm representing domain investors.

Don’t be part of the 99.999% – visit ESQwire.com for your domain-related needs and have an experienced law-firm defend your domain assets.

Below is today’s list of recently notified domain name decisions at the WIPO – 100% for the Complainant.
