Early in the morning here in Ft. Lauderdale, and the weather is electrified – literally.
The after-hours parties didn’t stop the attendees from waking up early, in order to attend the busy schedule of the day, which includes a special session on Reverse Domain Hijacking “poster boy”, Márcio Mello Chaves.
Lightning and thunderbolts unlike any other that we’ve ever seen, hailed those of us still asleep; a clear reminder that even Zeus is preparing for the judgement of those that attempt to steal domains via baseless UDRP procedures.
Today the exhibits open as well; the attendants will load up on gizmos, gadgets and other such promotional material that one will never use again after the show.
The show was stolen by RookMedia.net with a well-placed envelope on our beds, containing a crispy $10 dollar note, in lieu of the aforementioned promo gifts. Thanks guys! 😀
The TRAFFIC domain auction takes place at 3:00pm and it is expected to draw record attendance crowds. If you want to peruse the inventory, you can click here.
DomainGang is always at the forefront of bleeding edge technology; placing telephonic bids might seem to be a thing of the past, but TRAFFIC 2012 supports that feature as well. Can you hear me now?
We will catch up after some much-needed breakfast hits our alcohol-linen stomachs!
