RealSense.com: Intel lost UDRP despite existing trademark

Intel Corporation filed a UDRP to get the domain RealSense.com after its attempt to acquire it via a GoDaddy broker failed. Intel’s mark, INTEL REALSENSE, was registered in 2014.
