The Google Page Rank (PR) is a method used by Google to rank web sites according to importance; the algorithm is quite complex, and if you want to peruse some mathematics, be our guest.
While Google PR can range from zero to ten, even a ranking of nine is almost impossible to attain.
For a PR of 7 and above, one would need quality backlinks from educational and government web sites, as well as other respectable sources.
There is currently only one PR 10 web site, and surprisingly, it’s not Google, which has a Page Rank of 9.
It’s not Facebook either, the #2 most popular destination on the Internet after Google.com.
The holder of the absolute perfect PR 10 title goes to Twitter, the Internet’s 11th most popular destination.
