GoDaddy in hot waters over ‘revenge porn’ lawsuit

Boobs have magical selling powers.

This is mild compared to the content from Texxxan.com

Several victims of a ‘revenge porn‘ web site, Texxxan.com, have filed a lawsuit against the web site operators and its hosting provider, GoDaddy.

Texxxan.com allowed males to post intimate photos of women they were involved with, some of which depicted them naked or in compromising positions, without their consent. The images were often accompanied by degrading commentary.

The class action lawsuit is signed by 16 named plaintiffs who are seeking out more victims – all of which are females residing in Texas.

GoDaddy is also named as a defendant along with the web site operators, because it’s profiting from the “offensive and tortious conduct” of the web site, Texxxan.com.

Texxxan.com has since moved its content behind a password-protected ‘members only‘ section of the web site, with a large disclaimer appearing on the homepage.

You can read the document of the lawsuit here.
