123-reg, a British registrar and web hosting provider, launched “Sell My Domains“, a new service that aims to simplify the process of buying and selling domains.
Sitting atop a tested hardware and network infrastructure, the “Sell My Domains” marketplace invites 123-reg customers to search for domain names and select from those listed in the marketplace.
The 123-reg customers with unwanted domains can list them for sale and risk-free, utilizing their their 123-reg control panel.
The current supported TLDs include .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .me and .co.
While the “Sell My Domains” marketplace appears to be more appealing to British customers of the web host and registrar, it seeks to increase the competition towards other domain aftermarkets, such as Sedo and TDNAM.
