Synagogue, Through, Extinct: Who got those premium .com domains for a pittance?

Not too long ago, the ultra premium domains Synagogue.com, Through.com, Extinct.com and others were sold by their owner, New Ventures Services, via Sedo.

The price for each one of these was $1,277 dollars – by all means, a shocking undervaluation of what they are truly worth.

Now, the lucky owner of the three domains above is preparing for a NameJet auction, beginning on February 21, 2014.

Conan P. - owner of valuable dot com domains.

Conan P. – lucky owner of several valuable dot com domains.

Texan domain investor, Conan P., utilizes Valuate.com to price the total value of the three domains at $406,000 dollars.

As Conan states:

“If you wish to acquire any of these domains, they are not available for sale at the moment. These names have been selected for the NameJet Featured Auctions and you will have to be a registered and verified bidder at NameJet.com to be able to participate in the auctions at the allocated Reserve prices.”

These valuable domains will definitely attract the interest of serious domain investors, willing to spend good money; Conan stands to make a very healthy return on his investment.

I saw those prices awhile back. Couldn’t believe the owner(s) sold at those amounts. If true, then they really missed the boat.

  2. DomainGang says:

Joseph – It is true. When you manage 300k domains as the seller does, such obvious pricing judgement errors happen.

I thought this was a joke at first, but I checked it out and it is true. Amazing deals.

Eric – Definitely not a joke. See the 100% image at the bottom? This ensures the article is not parody.
