Bad Economy? Chef Patrick makes some last minute DNCruise changes

The current state of bad economy hasn’t been easy on entrepreneurs, especially those that rely on booking of participants to various events, gatherings and conferences.

Recently, we announced how Chef Patrick is launching DNCruisea floating domainer conference.

It seems that financing hit a couple of icebergs and certain adjustments needed to be made, to allow for the cruise’s success. Some of the potential changes are displayed below.

Queen of the Bayou. The unsinkable ship of the conference.

Roasted chicken sammich with pickles and onions – it’s what’s for dinner.

Entertainment aboard the DNCruise domain conference will have a local Central American color.

Nelson Brady – Event speaker on DNCruise. He’s very affordable.

If the DNCruise price dropped to $100 would you be OK with these changes?

    Entertaining stuff. Thanks Lucius.

  2. The Other Patrick says:

The email I received from Chef Patrick said I should bring my own oars.

    Didn’t you get that notice???

  3. Lucius "Guns" Fabrice says:

Patrick – the oars are needed for the escape ship, towed behind The Queen of the Bayou.

  4. Shane says:

“The Other Patrick” LOL did I give you that nickname? and “Lucius” I still think my DnCruise announcement was funnier πŸ™‚

  5. Lucius "Guns" Fabrice says:

Shane, paid announcements are funnier πŸ˜‰ That’s what the sponsored section is for.

  6. steve cheatham says:

Now you are getting in my comfortable zone. lol

  7. The Other Patrick says:

“β€œThe Other Patrick” LOL did I give you that nickname?”

    Yes Shane.

I decided to go with it. πŸ™‚

  8. Hmmm… should I take the time to promote Patrick’s nice idea of a conference on my blog after this lambasting on DomainGang? All in good fun, huh? My worry is that comedy/satire is always rooted in some basis of truth.

Me, I’d like my efforts and investment BEFORE an event I was producing to be treated with respect, across a wide breadth of the market that needs to be confident that the event will proceed without problems. Heck, I’m just too serious I guess. This DG article is probably great promotion for a classy luxury ship cruise for domainers.

Lambasting? Hardly so. If people truly believed the pictures above are accurate depictions then I’d be selling a bridge a minute. Although, to be honest, I would not be surprised if “Halvarez” were the keynote speaker.

Stephen, once again you’re the sole grumbler about DomainGang. Let it be, my friend. You start to remind me of Jeff Bridges of domaining; a glass of champagne in one hand and an Oscar in the other.
