The news of a Flippa & Domain Holdings mega-merger came as a shocker this morning, and the aftershocks have yet to subside.
Australia-based domain and web site auction venue, Flippa, announced that they are acquiring Domain Holdings, an elite brokerage house that witnessed a restructuring recently.
The new entity forming, will be called Flippa Holdings.
“With offices in California, Florida and in Australia, our combined sales force will be unstoppable!” exclaimed Kevin Fink, of Flippa.
“By covering every major time zone, the convergence of great minds and deep pockets always wins, and Flippa Holdings will go from strength to strength from here onwards!” added Fink, raising a champagne-filled glass.

The Flippa Holdings logo combines the elements of the two mother companies, in an elegant representation of earthly colors. The logo, commissioned through 99Designs, was voted as the #1 hybrid logo among Malaysian designers willing to do spec work.
