Whenever a new ccTLD opens its gates to the general public, versus keeping the TLD restricted, an interesting type of domains come into play.
We’re talking of course about domain hacks.
The combination of keyword plus TLD that forms a single word or phrase – that’s the definition of a domain hack.
More rarely, domains hacks consist of a subdomain, a domain keyword and the TLD, for example del.icio.us
Some famous domain hacks include Blo.gs, Poe.ms, YouTu.be and Inter.net
With the official roll-out of the .CO ccTLD several interesting domain hacks became available.
Except that all of them are now taken; either reserved by the .CO Registry, owned, or pending allocation among different parties.
Here’s an almost complete list of these wonderful domain hacks that utilize the .CO ccTLD.
A lot of them are Spanish words.

Some good hacks in that list there…
I kind of like good quality domain hacks. They’re interesting – and, certainly, as – or, often more – brandable than many .com domains going around…
I own about One domain hack….and, its: Ma.am
