Logan Flatt is a domain investor from Texas that acquires domains with great potential.
The busy marketing specialist usually targets two word .com domains, often acquired at domain auction platforms such as GoDaddy.
He flips them for a healthy return on investment that reaches thousands of dollars, and does so consistently.
Logan shares his best domain sales on a regular basis, emphasizing how his domainer modus operandi works.
Last week, Logan Flatt shared details of two domain sales, for a total of five words, and here is what he said:
Sold LegacyCenter.com for $5,000 USD via GoDaddy brokers on August 17, 2019. Paid $565 for it at NameJet on May 28, 2017. Real estate guru buyer, Jay Morrison, already using LegacyCenter.com to promote “Atlanta’s Premiere Economic Empowerment Center”.
That’s a great ROI in under two years’ time, for a two word .com domain. And here’s the other sale that Logan shared:
On January 11, 2018, I lovingly handcrafted CustomerDecisionHub.com with great skill and tender care, paying only $8.77 for my registration supplies. Sold it today for $995 at Sedo.
It’s great seeing how a hand registration can generate substantial profit, even if it’s a domain three words long! 😀
Congratulations, Logan!
