Tiger King is a viral reality show that uncovers the intriguing side of exotic animals – tigers – being raised for recreation in the US.
The show spans several episodes composed of real footage shot several years ago. The Tiger King’s moniker is Joe Exotic, and he’s currently incarcerated due to alleged attempts to kill an animal activist.
One would expect the show to have reserved domains such as TigerKing.com, but this isn’t the case. This domain name is hosting a gambling web site after being sold by NameFind, the GoDaddy repository of corporate domains, on or around January 9, 2020. There are no records of its sale that occurred on Afternic.
Meanwhile, JoeExotic.com, the former official web site before the leading character’s incarceration, is also up for sale – the asking price is $85,000 dollars on Afternic.
