Last week, Rick Schwartz promised he’d reveal the name of the Moniker employee who violated the privacy of a customer account.
According to Moniker/Oversee, that employee was placed on administrative leave, pending the results of an internal investigation. There are concerns that only a slap on the wrist was issued.
