NEWSFLASH: There’s a new Web King in town!

Web King - Alan Hinden

Some people might not agree, but Rick Schwartz is the undisputed Domain King. For years, Rick has been rooting for the domain industry unlike no other domainer.

Since 1996 – according to eRealEstate.com – Rick is working hard not only for his own personal success, but also to promote the industry as a whole.

Rick is the Domain King. But is he the only royal on the web?

In a strange twist of fate, Alan Hinden – known as the Web King – maintains a physical resemblance to Rick Schwartz. Both Rick and Alan are bespectacled, sport a healthy beard and smile in the same jovial manner.

WebKing.com features a king and his castle and offers custom web sites for $99

Where they differ, is that Alan – the Web King – features both a king’s crown and a castle at his web site, WebKing.com offering web development services.

Just like Rick Schwartz, Alan Hinden started in 1996, at a time when the Internet was young and perhaps still innocent.

At $99 a pop, Alan’s designs are cheap and they do look that they retain their 1996 standards. But who cares, as long as the Web King can claim his stake in a catchy domain and a business that provides such services at a fraction of the cost of expensive, quality design.

Both the Domain King and the Web King seized the opportunity and stroke while the proverbial iron was still hot.

The Domain King and the Web King are still reaping the fruit of their investment to this day.

Domains and development are the two sides of Internet marketing that will never cease to be valuable and rewarding.

All hail the Domain King! All hail the Web King! 😀

I think the webking.com could really use a new web design. I can’t imagine buying web design from someone when their site looks like it was done with Frontpage back in the mid 90’s.

Hey Adam 😀 So are you saying his designs are the pigeonsh*t of the web? 😀
