A National Arbitration Forum panelist, deciding on the fate of the domains JackInTheBox.email and JackInBox.email, made reference to the Respondent’s illustrious past with UDRPs.
Quoting a “litany of adverse cases“, M. Kelly Tillery, Esquire, Panelist decided that Yoyo Email, Ltd. has established a pattern with regards to the domains it registered; trademarks, brand names and other protected corporate assets.
The case was thus decided on behalf of the Complainant, Jack In The Box, Inc.; the company was founded in 1951 and operates and franchises one of the leading fast-food hamburger chains in the United States with more than 2,200 locations.
