Can’t stop the Taylor Gang guys from protecting their brand; the Wiz Khalifa hip hop outfit is on a roll.
After winning the first UDRP for TaylorGang.net in 2014, the Complainant filed and won another UDRP for TaylorGang.US.
The goal was most likely to establish a precedent and go after the dot .com, TaylorGang.com, a domain that was registered in 2008.

There was no registered trademark at the time, but the Complainant claimed that year as the year of ‘first use’ when they applied for their currently registered trademark; registration of the latter, was granted in 2014.
Frederick M. Abbott, sole panelist, declared that the Complainant established rights in 2008, versus 2014, and thus ordered the domain TaylorGang.com to be transferred over.
Mission accomplished.
