It’s true: holidays are bad for business.
When you think that you’ll relax, take a break, eat, drink and get merry, you don’t consider the consequences.
Easter is particularly bad for domaining, and here are the top 10 reasons why.
- We feast on a bunch of food that drains our blood from our brains – instantly making bad decisions with domains.
- My Christian friends know I’ll be drowsy from too much food and they don’t want to discuss domains.
- My Jewish friends don’t want to interrupt my religious practice and they don’t bring up discussing domains.
- My Muslim friends call me up to discuss domains and they realize I’m too drowsy from the Easter feast.
- I only know of one Mason and although he does want to talk about domains on Easter, he never calls me.
- Too many foolish people believe Easter is about the Easter Bunny and they try to track it.
- Domain registrars don’t give discounts during Easter. Unlike, say, Christmas.
- I have to call my family up and talk on the phone for a long time. The worst part is when my dad starts talking about domains.
- Francois Carrillo is feasting as well and is unaware of how many times Domaining.com crashed with a database not found error.
- Monday after Easter is still a public holiday in Greece. No wonder, business is lagging.
Happy Easter, everyone! π
@Francois Carrillo is feasting as well and is unaware of how many times Domaining.com crashed with a database not found error.
This is same for Namepros.com, no site resolving as written here since early this morning.
#11 Easter eggs are not real bunny eggs, they are PLASTC made in China
HED – That’s scary, although the Domaining.com issue is simply a timeout.
BullS – Good point! I miss real chocolate eggs π
I usually postpone all sales until after Easter.
