DomainNameSales.com now used as a GoDaddy Auctions shortcut

Frank Schilling‘s secret project, Domain Name Sales, was a platform to leverage the legendary domain investor’s owned portfolio.

Launched as a personal blog initially, it opened to the public in 2012. Eventually, it led to the creation of Uniregistry. These assets and domains became the property of GoDaddy, when Frank Schilling sold Uniregistry.

Just a month ago, we noted that the domain DomainNameSales.com that hosted Frank’s defunct platform no longer forwarded to GoDaddy but was listed for sale with a $32,499 dollar minimum asking price.

There is now a twist in place as the domain forwards to GoDaddy Auctions, at least for logged-in account holders. The link goes to the beta version of the platform and the domain itself is still available for sale at the price point we mentioned.
