DomainTools has sent out the following press release, regarding an expanded and newly renamed tool, ‘Brand Monitor‘.
|
Dear Brand Alert User, DomainTools strives to give our members the most valuable and relevant data at all times. We are continuously evaluating our services to better meet our customers’ needs. Brand Alert is one service that was desperately in need of an update. We are pleased to announce expanded top level domain (TLD) coverage for our newly renamed Brand Monitor product. Now, in addition to the current .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ and .US TLDs, Brand Monitor will notify you of relevant domain registrations across over 50 of the largest TLDs worldwide. What do these improvements mean to you?
- If our systems detect a change in any TLD we are monitoring, you will receive a notification.
- Your service, email, or RSS feeds, will remain the same – no changes are necessary on your part!
- Your Brand Monitor service history will record all of the new matches in over 50 TLDs going forward.
- The API service will also contain this very same valuable data!
- We are changing the name to Brand Monitor. The service continues to “monitor” the strings requested. It then sends a Brand Alert when matches are found!
Expect this improved service, and your alerts, to start hitting your email box, or RSS feed, the week of February 20th or soon thereafter when we discover a new match.
Please refer to our Knowledge Base for more detailed information about Brand Monitor improvements.
